No. All communication runs through a project channel managed by our admin team. This protects both sides and keeps scope clear.
How are professionals verified?
We review qualifications, institutional affiliation, research expertise and publication record before approving any account.
How is payment handled?
Payments go through a secure provider. We never store card numbers. Professionals are paid after you approve the work.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You can request revisions, and if needed open a dispute that our team reviews under the refund policy.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Files are stored privately and only the assigned professional and admin team can access them.
